Maserati boosts Folgore EV range by up to 85 km in 2026 refresh

Maserati announced updates to its Folgore electric vehicle lineup on March 18, 2026, with the GranTurismo Folgore now achieving over 540 km (335 miles) of WLTP range. This represents an increase of approximately 85 km compared to the prior model, attributed to the implementation of new energy management algorithms. These range enhancements are being introduced as Maserati navigates a significant sales downturn, which saw its deliveries fall to 7,900 units in 2025. This figure marks a 30% decrease from the previous year and is the lowest sales volume recorded by the company since 2012.
