This iconic property, spanning 7,700 square feet, is returning to the market approximately three years after the "Access Hollywood" host and his family moved out. The home boasts a distinguished history, originally constructed in 1929 by Peter Damm, the pioneering inventor of the armored car. Its architectural significance was formally recognized in 1977 when it was added to Glendale's historic registry, a landmark achievement as the first private residence in the city to receive such a prestigious designation.

Mario Lopez, 52, acquired this historic abode in 2010 for $1.94 million. His family's tenure in the eight-bedroom residence lasted for 13 years, a period that coincided with significant family milestones. Shortly before welcoming their first daughter, Gia Francesca Lopez, with his now-wife Courtney Mazza, Lopez purchased the home. During their residency, the family grew to include sons Dominic Luciano Lopez, born in 2013, and Santino Rafael Lopez, born in 2019. In 2023, the Lopez family relocated to a larger home in La Cañada Flintridge, California, prompting them to list "Lorelei" for $5.15 million.

Following their departure, the Lopezes sold the historic dwelling in April 2023 for $4.55 million. The property then reappeared on the market approximately two years later, listed at $5.99 million.
