In this proposed storyline, an adult Kevin would be depicted as a neglectful father whose own young son locks him out of the house. This premise would invert the original film's dynamic, placing Kevin in the position of an intruder attempting to re-enter his home and, metaphorically, his child's life. He would navigate traps set by his son, mirroring the challenges faced by the Wet Bandits in the original films.
