Roame.travel, a platform designed to locate award flights across numerous loyalty programs, is providing a limited-time discount for TPG readers. The service, which launched in March 2023, assists users in finding and booking flights using points and miles, even factoring in current transfer bonuses. Until August 16, TPG readers can receive a 25% discount on a Friends of Roame Pro membership by using the code "THEPOINTSGUY". This promotion reduces the monthly price from $12.99 to $9.74 and the annual price from $109.99 to $82.49.

Roame.travel functions similarly to a search engine, allowing users to input departure and arrival airports along with desired dates to find available award redemptions. The tool displays live inventory and can suggest optimal airline or bank programs for booking specific awards. For instance, a search for flights from New York to Paris this summer revealed British Airways flights bookable through Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards, showing an option for 45,000 points but also highlighting $1,018 in taxes and fees.

Roame.travel has indicated that prices will increase in the fall. However, all existing subscribers will be grandfathered into their current pricing, whether monthly or annual, as long as their subscription remains active.
