Lamborghini Revuelto Impavido: 25-Unit Japan Supercar

Automobili Lamborghini unveiled the Revuelto Impavido on an unspecified date in 2024 as a limited 25-unit edition exclusively for the Japanese market, celebrating 25 years of Lamborghini Japan. The Italian manufacturer's Ad Personam personalization program drew inspiration from the Bushido samurai code to design unique graphics that evoke katana strikes and traditional samurai armor. This commemorative hybrid supercar retains the standard Revuelto's 1,001-horsepower configuration, powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine and three electric motors, enabling a top speed of 212 mph.

Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, stated that the project exemplifies the brand's ability to merge technological innovation with profound cultural inspiration. The bespoke design elements were conceived by the Ad Personam department, which incorporated visual cues from samurai aesthetics. The exterior of the Revuelto Impavido features sharp graphic lines designed to resemble the sweeping motion of a katana strike. Gold detailing has been applied to reference the odoshi silk cords used in the construction of ancient samurai armor. Furthermore, the front fascia of the supercar incorporates styling elements inspired by the maedate, a decorative crest worn on samurai helmets.

Additional design elements include decorative components on the roof and fenders that reference kozane, the lacquered armor plates that formed traditional samurai suits. Buyers of the Revuelto Impavido have the option to select from four exclusive exterior themes. The Verde Campus theme is inspired by Hisui jade, symbolizing life and prosperity. Grigio Artis Lucido channels the refined craftsmanship associated with swordmaking. Grigio Crater Matt reflects the dark armor utilized for protection, while the Rosso Pyra theme draws inspiration from the legendary Sanada Re, a historical figure known for his distinctive red armor.
