Kyle Richards' Daughter Farrah Aldjufrie Is Pregnant

Kyle Richards is set to become a grandmother for the first time following the pregnancy announcement from her eldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie. Aldjufrie, a real estate agent, revealed the news on social media on July 3, sharing photos of her baby bump and ultrasound images. She indicated that she is due to welcome her first child in late November 2026, calling the pregnancy her "most exciting launch yet."

Aldjufrie, 37, has not publicly identified the father of her child, having ended her engagement to Alex Manos in March 2024. The impending arrival of the baby marks a significant milestone for Richards, who expressed her excitement in a comment on her daughter's post, stating, "I can’t wait for this new chapter!! I love you so much Fairy!"

Mauricio Umansky, Richards' estranged second husband and founder of The Agency, also shared his happiness about the news. Umansky, who helped raise Aldjufrie and maintains a close relationship with her, commented, "You are gorgeous and I’m so happy for all of us and this baby is going to be so loved. I can’t wait wooohooo."

Aldjufrie, a founding partner at Umansky's real estate brokerage, also shared a video clip showing her revealing the pregnancy to her sisters, Alexia Umansky, Portia Umansky, and Sophia Umansky. Richards shares Farrah with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.
