Kojima Productions Announces 10th Anniversary Exhibition

Kojima Productions will commemorate its 10th anniversary with a comprehensive exhibition titled KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS 10TH ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION BEYOND THE STRAND: The Odyssey of Creation and Endeavor. This event is scheduled to run from October 31 to December 20, 2026, at Tokyo's Azabudai Hills Gallery. The exhibition aims to chronicle the studio's decade-long journey since its founding in 2015, spanning its work in video games, film, and visual art. Supervised by renowned game creator Hideo Kojima, the showcase is meticulously organized into four distinct thematic zones, offering attendees an in-depth look at the studio's creative process and output. The first zone, "Retracing the Steps," will guide visitors through the studio's history, highlighting key titles such as DEATH STRANDING, DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH, OD, PHYSINT, and its film project in collaboration with A24. This section will provide a chronological overview of the studio's evolution and its significant contributions to the entertainment industry. The "Behind the Scenes" zone promises to unveil a wealth of rare, previously unreleased development archives. This includes early concept art, initial design proposals, crucial development documents, and candid interviews with developers. These materials are intended to offer an intimate perspective on the studio's iterative development process, showcasing the challenges and innovations encountered along the way. To further immerse visitors in the creative environment, a dedicated "Studio Recreation" space will be established. This area will feature meticulously crafted character statues, some of which will be displayed for the first time. Additionally, a special 10th-anniversary edition of the studio's iconic mascot, LUDENS, will be present. This section aims to provide a tangible sense of the studio's workspace and the characters that inhabit its worlds. The exhibition culminates in a dynamic audiovisual installation, designed to captivate audiences with projected visuals across a substantial 360-degree display, offering a sensory experience that encapsulates the studio's artistic vision. Tickets for the exhibition will be available for purchase starting September 11, 2026, exclusively through Lawson Ticket. The advance admission price is set at ¥2,600 JPY, with same-day tickets costing ¥2,800 JPY. For dedicated fans, a limited number of 300 premium packages will be offered at ¥57,600 JPY. These exclusive packages include highly sought-after items such as an autographed art reproduction or a special exhibition-exclusive collaboration watch, adding significant value for collectors and enthusiasts.
