Kogevinas Group Joins Sotheby’s International Realty

The Kogevinas Group officially joined Sotheby’s International Realty – Montecito Brokerage on Monday, transitioning from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. This seven-member team, led by Nancy Kogevinas, was ranked as the No. 36 small team nationally and the No. 13 small team in California for 2026, based on their 2025 sales performance. In 2025, the group achieved $265.5 million in sales volume across 44 transactions, according to RealTrends Verified data. With over 30 years of experience, the team has facilitated sales for buyers and sellers throughout Southern California, including Montecito, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Ojai, and Santa Ynez.

Nancy Kogevinas expressed that Sotheby’s International Realty’s "rich heritage, global leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence" made it a premier choice. The team comprises Nancy Kogevinas as founder and managing partner, Linos Kogevinas as partner and broker associate, Alex Kogevinas as partner and real estate advisor, Bella Fredericks and Olivia Ruest as partners and real estate advisors, Charlotte Mueller as marketing director, and Ella Colby as operations manager. This move aims to leverage Sotheby's global network and luxury brand positioning.

Year-to-date in 2026, The Kogevinas Group has already reported over $161 million in sales volume, including six transactions exceeding $10 million. Philip White, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty, stated that the group's "exceptional reputation through decades of market knowledge, trusted client relationships, and consistent results" will enhance their presence on California's Central Coast. The team will operate from the Sotheby’s International Realty – Montecito Brokerage office, contributing to the company's Southern California operations.
