This 14-acre property in Flagstaff, Arizona, was initially intended to be the site for a family compound, with plans for each of Kody's four wives to have a house.

The trailer previews the ongoing tensions among the former wives, particularly concerning the $1.5 million sale of the Coyote Pass land, which occurred more than a year prior. Janelle Brown is quoted expressing her surprise at the news of Kody and Robyn's departure and claims that Kody and Robyn accused her of attempting to exclude Meri Brown from the land deal. Meri Brown, in turn, has indicated a desire to distance herself from Janelle and Christine, stating she does not wish to be part of an "ex-wives club."
