Kith and Assouline Launch 15-Year Footwear Archive Book

Kith, the lifestyle brand founded by Ronnie Fieg, has partnered with luxury publisher Assouline to release "Kith: The Footwear Archive." This 444-page publication commemorates the brand's 15th anniversary by meticulously documenting its extensive history in footwear collaborations and design.

The archive features over 1,800 footwear models, encompassing both officially released collaborative pairs and developmental prototypes. These designs represent partnerships with a wide array of prominent brands, including adidas, ASICS, Clarks Originals, Moncler, New Balance, Nike, On, and Timberland. Photographer Tyler Mansour captured the extensive collection, with the volume being the largest release to date within Assouline's Ultimate and Classics Collection. The book is structured into two distinct sections: the first showcases 700 released pairs through dedicated studio photography, while the second section provides a chronological index of Fieg's personal archival collection, organized by brand. This arrangement aims to trace the evolution of footwear design from initial concepts to final products.

"Kith: The Footwear Archive" will be available in two formats. The Classic Edition is set for a global release on September 30, 2026, through Kith's physical stores, its online platform, and the Kith App. Subsequently, select Assouline boutiques will offer the Classic Edition starting December 9, 2026. Alongside the Classic Edition, an exclusive Ultimate Edition will be launched. This limited run is restricted to 300 individually numbered copies, each personally signed by Ronnie Fieg. The Ultimate Edition will be presented in a custom leather clamshell case, featuring an all-over Kith monogram debossing, adding a premium element to this collector's item. The Ultimate Edition launches on the same day as the Classic Edition.

Prior to the official global launch, Kith is hosting a public exhibition dedicated to the archive. This event is scheduled to take place from September 25 to September 27 at 25 Kent Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The exhibition will provide the public with an unprecedented opportunity to view all 1,800 archival pairs on display for the first time. Attendees will also have the chance to purchase the Classic Edition of the book before its wider release. This initiative underscores Kith's commitment to engaging its community and celebrating its legacy through tangible and visually rich mediums.
