Judge throws out Andrew Tate’s legal claim to be told names of accusers

A high court judge on Friday rejected Andrew and Tristan Tate's legal claim to be informed of the names of their female accusers. Mr Justice Chamberlain ruled that prosecutors had acted reasonably in treating the brothers as "notorious" and that the decision to withhold the accusers' identities was justified. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) stated that this decision was made due to fears that the Tate brothers could identify alleged victims online. The allegations form the basis for charges against the men, including rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking. The court's decision means the CPS will not be compelled to disclose the names of the women involved in the case.
