Jennifer Beals Joins NCIS: New York Cast

Jennifer Beals has been cast as a series regular in the upcoming CBS crime drama spinoff, NCIS: New York. She will star alongside leads LL Cool J and Scott Caan. Beals is known for her roles in "The L Word" and "Flashdance."

Jacqueline Byers, Shane Harper, and Devin Druid have also been cast as series regulars in the new series. Byers previously appeared in "Salvation," Harper in "Power Book IV: Force," and Druid in "13 Reasons Why." The casting announcements were made this week.

NCIS: New York is the latest installment in the long-running NCIS franchise. The original NCIS series premiered in 2003 and has since spawned several successful spinoffs, including NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: Hawai'i. CBS has not yet announced a premiere date for NCIS: New York.
