Bunnie XO, ex-wife of country singer Jelly Roll, announced on her "Dumb Blonde Podcast" that she will receive full ownership of their $6 million Tennessee compound as part of their divorce settlement. The couple, who announced their split on May 18, are reportedly navigating what Bunnie XO described as the "best divorce," settling their affairs within approximately three weeks. She expressed gratitude, stating, "You didn't take care of me in the marriage, but you're taking care of me in the divorce!"

Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, is transferring ownership of the Franklin, Tennessee property to Bunnie XO, whose real name is Alisa DeFord. She explained that he is giving her the compound because he understands its significance to her. Bunnie XO also revealed plans to move her close friends, Meme Shahan and Hailee Clark, onto the property. She intends to share the space with them and assist in caring for their animals.

The Tennessee compound, built in 2022, is a substantial property spanning nearly 7,700 square feet. It features five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, reflecting a luxurious living space. Additional amenities include a five-car garage, a basement, and a resort-style pool, along with high ceilings and modern features. The property's estimated value is $6 million, situated in Franklin, TN.
