Range Media Partners Names Carter and Offer Co-Heads

Jake Carter and Billy Offer have joined Range Select, the film finance and sales division of Range Media Partners, as Partners and Co-Heads. Both individuals previously held positions within UTA's Independent Film Group. Carter spent the last five years as an agent in UTA’s Independent Film Group, working across both Los Angeles and New York offices. His specialization included independent film projects.
