New Balance and rapper Jack Harlow have officially unveiled their collaborative sneaker, the Jack Harlow x New Balance T500 "Olmsted". This new footwear release serves as a tribute to the influential landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, who is renowned for his designs of iconic urban green spaces. Olmsted's notable works include Central Park and Prospect Park in New York City, as well as Cherokee Park in Harlow's hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. The T500 "Olmsted" sneaker features a minimalist design aesthetic, presented in a "Black Coffee" colorway. The upper is constructed from soft, wrinkled leather, offering a premium feel. In a departure from typical sneaker designs, the shoe omits a traditional tongue tag for a cleaner look. Branding is kept subtle, with an inset "N" logo integrated into the sidewalls instead of a standard overlay. Complementary design elements include brown laces and a matching translucent sole unit. The heel of the sneaker is adorned with a tonally embroidered "NB" logo, further reinforcing the brand's presence without being overly conspicuous.
