Instagram is finally letting everyone reorganize their profile grid

Instagram began rolling out the ability for all users to reorganize their profile grid on June 8th. This feature, previously available to select test groups, allows users to manually arrange the order of their posts displayed on their profile page via the Android and iPhone mobile apps. Prior to this update, the order of posts on an Instagram profile was determined solely by the date they were published, with the most recent appearing first. The new functionality provides users with greater control over their profile's aesthetic and the narrative they wish to present. This change marks a significant shift in how users can curate their digital presence on the platform, moving beyond chronological display to a more personalized arrangement. The company stated that this feature aims to enhance user expression and customization options within the app.
