Inside CAA’s new Nashville office, where a listening lounge, sports bar, and employee dressing rooms are the amenities

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) opened a new 75,000-square-foot office in Nashville this July, designed to accommodate a diverse range of stakeholders including high-profile clients, emerging talent, and its 160 employees. The office, located within the 19-acre Nashville Yards development, features amenities beyond traditional workspaces, such as a music listening lounge, a sports bar, wellness rooms, two speakeasies, and a central social hub. These spaces are intended to provide comfort and flexibility for various interactions, from informal client catch-ups to recruitment meetings with new artists. Howie Nuchow, CAA managing director and sports co-head, stated the goal was to demonstrate comfort through the design of programs and rooms. The architecture firm CannonDesign collaborated with CAA on the project, drawing inspiration from Nashville's culture. The new office spans two floors and aims to reflect the city's identity, building on CAA's 35-year presence in Nashville.
