Humanrace Launches Performance Body Care Line

Pharrell Williams' brand Humanrace officially launched its first performance body care products this week with the introduction of a Smoothing Body Scrub and a Recovery Body Lotion. This expansion signifies the brand's move into functional wellness tools designed to aid physical recovery and renewal. Both new offerings embody Humanrace's "Products with a Purpose" ethos, integrating potent active ingredients with nourishing skin components.

The Smoothing Body Scrub features a dual-action exfoliation system, combining physical buffs from natural rice particles with chemical exfoliants like mandelic and salicylic acids to address skin texture and pore congestion. It is further enhanced with ceramides for moisture retention and a botanical repair complex containing shea butter, sunflower seed oil, and tiger leaf extract. The scrub's texture is designed to transform into a milky lather upon contact with water.

The Recovery Body Lotion is specifically formulated for post-exercise recovery. Its composition includes ginger root and frankincense, intended to alleviate muscle soreness and joint discomfort by boosting circulation and providing soothing effects. The lotion also incorporates African resurrection plant extract, magnesium, copper gluconate, peptides, and hyaluronic acid to restore skin hydration and strengthen the skin barrier, addressing moisture loss from physical activity.

In line with Humanrace's commitment to sustainability, both the Smoothing Body Scrub and Recovery Body Lotion are presented in custom-patented, refillable packaging. These vessels are constructed using more than 50 percent post-consumer recycled landfill materials, reinforcing the brand's dedication to eco-conscious design.
