This opulent estate carries a dark historical connection, as it was constructed on the former site of the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders orchestrated by Charles Manson's followers in 1969. The property, located at 1501 Gilcrest Drive, was previously listed in 2022 for $55 million before being taken off the market. Franklin purchased the land in 2002 and subsequently built the sprawling mansion.
