Chase Opens New 18,000 Sq Ft Sapphire Lounge at DFW

Chase officially opened its new 18,000-square-foot Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) on June 16, marking the credit card issuer's entry into Texas. This new lounge is one of Chase's largest, surpassed only by locations at New York's LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), which measure 21,000 and 20,000 square feet respectively. It is also the largest among the various credit card lounge options available at DFW.

The lounge introduces several new amenities, including the network's first dedicated whiskey lounge offering guided tastings and a custom barrel selection. For those not interested in whiskey, the DFW Sapphire Lounge provides complimentary facials, a family room, shower suites, and rest pods. Guests can also enjoy Texas-inspired dishes. The lounge is situated post-security near gate D25 and operates daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., with access rules consistent with other Chase Sapphire Lounges.

Upon entering, guests check in at the concourse level before taking elevators to the main lounge level. The interior design incorporates Chase's signature "sapphire" blue, complemented by greenery, brass accents, and warm tones. While the lounge receives some natural light, it primarily offers views of the terminal entrance rather than runway vistas. The space is designed with a split-level layout, contributing to its expansive feel despite a somewhat narrow configuration.
