His leadership capabilities were previously demonstrated as the founder and operating principal of Keller Williams' Northwest region. Under his stewardship, this region experienced substantial growth, expanding to include 30 market centers and cultivating a network of over 3,500 agents across the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. This expansion highlights Mendoza's proven ability to build and manage large, successful real estate operations.
