Myles Garrett Lists Cleveland Home for $2.1 Million

NFL defensive end Myles Garrett listed his Cleveland-area home for $2.1 million this week, approximately three weeks after his trade from the Cleveland Browns to the Los Angeles Rams. Garrett originally purchased the 4,300-square-foot property in Wadsworth, Ohio, for $1.3 million in November 2018. The home, situated on a 2-acre lot behind a gated entryway, features a detached four-car garage and a custom walk-in closet. Garrett spent his entire nine-season NFL career with the Browns, earning Defensive Player of the Year honors twice. The listing agents are Rebecca Donatelli and Natalie Antonelli of The Elli Group at Elite Sotheby's International Realty. Donatelli described the home as "one of a kind" with "beautifully designed living spaces, incredible areas for entertaining, and exceptional craftsmanship."
