The Brentwood megamansion that served as the backdrop for Kendall Jenner's satirical Fanatics Sportsbook Super Bowl advertisement has sold for $29 million. The property was initially listed in August 2025 for $38 million, nearly a year before its sale. Days before the Super Bowl aired in February 2024, the asking price was reduced to $34.99 million. The final sale price of $29 million represents a substantial discount from the original listing.

Kendall Jenner, 30, filmed the advertisement at the opulent residence, which is located in the prestigious Brentwood neighborhood. The campaign video depicted Jenner mocking her past relationships with athletes, including Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker and L.A. Clippers alum Blake Griffin, by showing her tearing faces out of their pictures adorning the mansion's walls. In the ad, Jenner humorously suggested that her modeling income alone wouldn't be enough to afford such a property, implying she earned money through sports betting.

The ad aired during the Super Bowl matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots. While the exact filming date is not specified, the property had been on the market for six months by the time the advertisement was broadcast. The sale of the megamansion concludes a period of over a year since it was first introduced to the market, ultimately selling for $9 million less than its initial asking price.
