EXCLUSIVE: Matthew Stafford Quietly Sells 3 L.A. Homes for $21 Million—Including Drake’s YOLO Compound and a Stunning Vineyard Estate

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford sold three homes in Hidden Hills for a combined $21.3 million this week. Two of these properties were part of a compound Stafford and his wife, Kelly Stafford, purchased from rapper Drake for $11 million in 2022. The first of these two homes, listed for $6.8 million in September 2024, sold for $6.1 million, while the second, initially listed for $5.7 million in October 2024, sold for $5.5 million. Both were sold on June 3 to the same buyer for a total of $11.6 million, resulting in a $600,000 profit on the combined purchase price of $11 million. The third property, a red brick mansion bought for $10.5 million, sold for $9.7 million on June 4 to a different buyer, representing a loss of nearly $1 million. The Staffords had attempted to sell these properties for nearly two years, with initial asking prices for the Drake compound homes at $6.5 million and $6.995 million respectively. Had both achieved their highest asking prices, the couple would have realized a profit of $2.45 million on those two homes.
