EXCLUSIVE: Late WWE Star Hulk Hogan’s Florida Manse Has Another $1 Million Knocked Off Price

Hulk Hogan's Florida estate has been reduced in price by another $1.1 million, marking the second significant price drop in less than two months. The property, located in Clearwater, Florida, was initially listed for $10.98 million on January 30, six months after the wrestling icon, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, passed away at the age of 71 in July 2025. The first price reduction brought the asking price down to $8.99 million, and the latest cut sets the current listing at $7.9 million. Hogan owned two adjacent homes at the time of his death, both of which are now on the market. He originally purchased the larger of the two residences for $3.33 million in April 2012 and acquired the smaller adjacent property for $1.6 million four years later. The larger home served as his primary residence.
