EXCLUSIVE: Hulk Hogan’s Florida Compound Gets Another Price Cut—as Wrestler’s Official Cause of Death Is Revealed

Hulk Hogan's second Florida property has received another price reduction of $600,000, bringing its asking price to $3.9 million. This follows a previous $2 million price cut on his larger Clearwater compound. The legendary wrestler, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died at age 71 on July 24, 2025, in his primary Clearwater residence. A police report issued on June 8, 2026, by Florida authorities officially determined Hogan's cause of death to be natural causes, with no evidence of criminal wrongdoing. The investigation into his passing, which began after his apparent cardiac arrest, is now closed. Hogan purchased the larger of his two adjacent homes for $3.33 million in April 2012 and acquired the smaller property for $1.6 million four years later. The larger home was initially listed for just under $11 million six months after his death, then reduced to $9 million. The smaller property was first listed at $4.5 million at the end of March 2026.
