EXCLUSIVE: Hayden Panettiere’s Childhood Home Returns to the Market for $3.6 Million—Weeks After Release of Actress’s Bombshell Memoir

Hayden Panettiere's childhood home in Palisades, NY, has been relisted for $3.6 million, approximately five years after her family sold the property. The actress's former residence, known as the French Ivy House, features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and was built in 1998. The home has recently undergone an extensive renovation, according to listing agent Richard Ellis. Panettiere's parents, Alan and Lesley, first listed the home in 2015 for $1.8 million, but it eventually sold for $1.22 million six years later. The property was subsequently relisted for $4 million nearly two years after the passing of Panettiere's brother, Jansen, in early 2023 at the age of 28. The home was removed from the market in September 2025 and was offered for rent in January 2026 at $17,500 per month before being taken off the rental market again. The relisting follows the recent release of Panettiere's memoir, which details her experiences as a child star.
