Chris Simms, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and current NBC Sports analyst, has reduced the asking price of his Greenwich, Connecticut estate by an additional $600,000, bringing the total reduction to $1.1 million since it was first listed on February 6. The property, built in 1725, was initially listed for $8 million. After a $500,000 price cut in May, the current asking price is now $6.9 million. Simms purchased the 300-year-old estate in 2019 for $2.5 million with his wife, Daniella. The estate features a historic residence that has undergone multiple renovations over its long history. The couple initially listed the property with images showcasing it covered in snow and later updated the listing with spring-themed photographs to attract buyers.
