EXCLUSIVE: ‘Every Year After’ Star Elisha Cuthbert Relists L.A. Home for $2.1 Million—Weeks After Return to Hollywood Spotlight

Elisha Cuthbert relisted her Los Angeles home for $2.09 million on June 25, 2024, approximately one month after previously removing it from the market. Cuthbert, 43, originally purchased the three-bedroom, two-bath property in 2005 for $1.6 million. She had stepped away from acting in 2018 to focus on raising her two children, Zaphire Phaneuf, 9, and Fable Phaneuf, 4, with her husband Dion Phaneuf. The 2,109-square-foot home was previously listed for rent at $12,500 per month. In July 2025, Cuthbert attempted to sell the property for $3.1 million, but it was removed from the market by November 2025. This relisting follows Cuthbert's recent return to acting after a hiatus.
