EXCLUSIVE: Diane Keaton’s Storied ‘Pinterest House’ Returns to the Market With a Major Price Cut

Actress Diane Keaton's former Los Angeles residence has been relisted for $22.9 million, marking a significant price reduction from its previous asking prices. The property, located in Sullivan Canyon, was Keaton's primary home and her last major renovation project. She passed away in October 2025 at the age of 79 from primary bacterial pneumonia. Keaton had meticulously renovated the home, which was built from the ground up in 2015 using reclaimed bricks, and even documented the process in her book "The House That Pinterest Built." The home was first listed for $28.9 million approximately six months before her death, but that listing was removed shortly before she passed. It was relisted in December for $26.9 million but was again taken off the market after only a few months. The current listing is being handled by celebrity real estate agent Josh Flagg of Compass. New images showcase the detailed design work Keaton implemented, including the use of reclaimed materials and the integration of the foundations from a prior structure on the land.
