Diane Keaton's Los Angeles residence, which she extensively renovated using Pinterest for inspiration, has received a contingent offer nine months after her death in October 2025. The actress, known for her role in "Annie Hall," purchased the property for $4.7 million in 2011. This home is believed to be the last design project undertaken by Keaton during her lifetime, a process she detailed in her 2017 book, "The House That Pinterest Built."

Keaton initially listed the home for $28.9 million in May 2025, five months prior to her passing. Following her death, the listing was temporarily removed from the market. It was later relisted in December 2025 for $26.9 million, and then again in June 2026 with an asking price of $22.9 million. The most recent listing was managed by celebrity real estate agent Josh Flagg.

The current status of the property indicates a "contingent" offer, meaning an offer has been accepted and the sale is proceeding through the closing process. The exact amount of the accepted offer has not yet been disclosed. Keaton, who passed away at the age of 79, was recognized as a "celebrated tastemaker" who transformed homes into "works of art."
