EXCLUSIVE: Christina Haack Prepares to Relist $4.5 Million Tennessee Farmhouse After Ending Bitter Divorce Battle With Josh Hall

HGTV star Christina Haack is preparing to relist her $4.5 million Tennessee farmhouse, known as Parker Branch, in Franklin, Tennessee, approximately one year after she withdrew it from the market amidst a contentious divorce from Josh Hall. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom property has reappeared as a "coming soon" listing on Realtor.com®, indicating it will be officially available for sale on the MLS within weeks. Haack initially listed the farmhouse in October 2024, but removed it just three weeks later when Hall filed an emergency order to halt the sale. Hall, who was residing in the home at the time, claimed the property was listed without his consent and argued that mortgage payments made during their marriage entitled him to a say in its sale, despite Haack purchasing it prior to their union. The property was briefly relisted in December 2024 at the same $4.5 million asking price but was taken down again in February 2025. The divorce proceedings between Haack and Hall were finally settled in August 2025. As part of the settlement, both parties waived spousal support, and Haack agreed to pay Hall an equalization payment of $300,000. This payment granted Haack full control over their shared properties, including their homes in Newport Beach, California, and the Tennessee farmhouse. The relisting of the Parker Branch property signifies the resolution of the legal disputes that had previously complicated its sale and suggests Haack's intention to divest from the asset following the divorce settlement.
