EXCLUSIVE: Christina Haack Abruptly Pulls Tennessee Farmhouse From Market—Just Weeks After Listing It for Sale and Rent

Christina Haack has withdrawn her Tennessee farmhouse, known as Parker Branch, from both the sales and rental markets just weeks after listing it. The HGTV star initially listed the property for $5.3 million on June 9, and it was also made available for rent at $20,000 per month on June 10. This marks the second time Haack has removed the farmhouse from the market, following a previous listing in October 2024 that was taken down after her ex-husband, Josh Hall, filed an emergency order to halt the sale. Hall had claimed the property was listed without his consent, asserting his right to a say due to mortgage payments made during their marriage. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom property reappeared on the market in December 2024 for $4.5 million but was again removed in February 2025. Haack gained full ownership of the property after their divorce was settled in August 2025, where she agreed to pay Hall $300,000 in equalization. She also retained full control of their Newport Beach home.
