Baldwins Delist $19 Million Hamptons Mansion Again

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have once again delisted their Hamptons property, a sprawling estate in Amagansett, New York, after a series of price reductions failed to attract a buyer. The couple initially listed the mansion in September 2022 with an asking price of $29 million. Over the subsequent 16 months, they progressively lowered the price, reaching $18.99 million by January 2024.

Despite efforts to market the property, including a personal video tour by Alec Baldwin highlighting the home's features and family memories, no sale was secured. The property was delisted entirely by October 2024, leading to speculation that the Baldwins had abandoned their selling plans. This was further supported in August 2025 when Alec Baldwin told The New York Times that their seven children were deeply attached to the home, making it difficult to leave.

The latest delisting occurs just weeks after the couple reduced the asking price by $1 million and announced their intention to spend the summer in Spain. The Baldwins, who share seven children, have owned the Hamptons estate for many years and have expressed the emotional significance of the property for their family, particularly for their children's happiness.
