Actress Elisha Cuthbert sold her Los Angeles home for $1.93 million on June 25, 2024, following a recent price reduction. The property was relisted for $2.095 million, a decrease of $254,000 from its previous asking price of $2.349 million. This final price cut led to a contingent offer within days, and the deal has now officially closed. Cuthbert purchased the three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2,109-square-foot home in 2005 for $1.6 million. She had initially listed the property in July 2025 for $3.13 million, but it experienced multiple price adjustments and periods of being on and off the market over the years. The actress, originally from Canada, took a hiatus from acting in 2022 to focus on raising her children, Zaphire Phaneuf, 9, and Fable Phaneuf, 4, with her husband Dion Phaneuf. In 2023, she also listed the home for rent at $12,500 per month.
