Two ski-in, ski-out mansions in Big Sky, Montana, will be auctioned without reserve, potentially selling for as little as $1 each. The properties, currently listed for a combined $13 million, are located within the Spanish Peaks Mountain Club community. The larger residence, completed in 2023, spans over 4,200 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was initially listed for $7.25 million in 2025 and more recently for $6.68 million. The second property offers just under 3,000 square feet, featuring four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with direct ski access. Both homes are owned by Mark and Jennifer Kozubal. The auction will be conducted by Trayor Lesnock of Platinum Luxury Auctions, in cooperation with Engel & Völkers agents Greg Smith and Amelia Turbyfill. The Spanish Peaks Mountain Club amenities include a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, preferred access to Montage Big Sky, and a private clubhouse with dining, a fitness center, pool, and hot tub.
