Ex-Washington Wizards Star Bradley Beal’s Former Maryland Mansion Vanishes From Market—Months After Listing for $11 Million

A Maryland mansion formerly owned by ex-Washington Wizards player Bradley Beal has been removed from the market, approximately one year after it was initially listed for $11 million. Beal, who was traded to the Phoenix Suns in 2023, originally purchased the property in 2019 for $7.8 million. The mansion, built in 2016, features a unique underground full-size basketball court, a significant selling point highlighted by real estate agent Robert Hryniewicki of HRLS Partners at TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Beal and his wife, Kamiah Adams, lived in the home during significant family events, including gender reveals and the birth of their third child. The property was relisted in September 2025 for $11 million, a notable increase from Beal's purchase price, before being taken off the market again. The Washington Wizards are set to have the first pick in the 2026 NBA Draft on June 23.
