He joins previously announced stars Callum Turner and Margaret Qualley, as well as Paul Dano, who recently joined the project. The film is being directed by Parker Finn, who also wrote the script. Finn is also serving as a producer on the film, alongside Jonathan Fass. Specific details regarding Calva's role in the supernatural thriller have not yet been disclosed. The original 1981 film, directed by Andrzej Żuławski, starred Isabelle Adjani and Sam Neill and explored themes of infidelity, madness, and a demonic entity.
