Delta Adds Venice, Athens Routes for Summer 2027

Delta Air Lines announced on Friday, May 24, 2024, the addition of two new transatlantic routes to popular European destinations for the summer of 2027. These new services will connect Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) and Detroit Wayne County Metropolitan Airport (DTW) to Athens International Airport (ATH). The Boston to Venice route is scheduled to commence on May 7, 2027, and will operate four times per week until October 29, 2027. Delta will utilize its Airbus A330-300 aircraft for this service. The Detroit to Athens route will begin on June 8, 2027, also operating during the peak summer travel period.
