Compass Rolls Out AI Home Platform Across Brokerage Brands
Compass International Holdings announced on Thursday the rollout of its AI-powered Home Platform across its company-owned brokerage brands. The company described this deployment as the largest technology deployment in residential real estate history. This initiative follows less than six months after Compass's merger with Anywhere Real Estate and aims to extend its proprietary platform to thousands of agents globally.
Beginning this summer, real estate professionals affiliated with @properties, Coldwell Banker Realty, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty will gain access to the Home Platform. Compass intends to extend access to its franchise network in 2027. The company stated that unifying its brokerage brands on a single, proprietary platform is designed to support all phases of the real estate lifecycle, including client acquisition and service, transaction management, and fostering repeat and referral business. This move also serves to consolidate and scale Compass's proprietary data.
Ori Allon, co-founder of Compass, stated in the announcement that the company has invested in technology for over a decade to help agents grow their businesses and enhance client experiences. He emphasized that the platform's power stems from unique data and workflows, combining artificial intelligence with proprietary data to create an unreproducible advantage. Rory Golod, president of growth, referred to the rollout as "the single most important innovation in our business." Compass indicated that the Home Platform was developed with input from thousands of real estate professionals and is continuously updated with data from exclusive inventory and agent-client interactions. The platform includes tools for comparative market analysis and a client dashboard.
