Christina Haack Offers $5.3 Million Nashville Farmhouse for Rent With Sky-High Price—Days After Listing It for Sale

HGTV personality Christina Haack listed her Tennessee farmhouse for rent at $20,000 per month, days after relisting it for sale at $5.3 million. This dual listing occurred just over a year after Haack gained full ownership of the property, known as Parker Branch, following a contentious divorce from her third husband, Josh Hall. Hall had previously resided in the home and attempted to block its sale, claiming a right to consent due to mortgage payments made during their marriage. Haack initially listed the farmhouse for sale in October 2024 but removed it from the market after Hall filed an emergency order to halt the sale. The property reappeared on the market in December 2024 for $4.5 million, then was taken down again in February 2025. Their divorce was finalized in August 2025, with both parties waiving spousal support. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom farmhouse is now available as a fully furnished rental.
