Actors Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have once again placed their Los Angeles mansion on the market for $19.99 million, marking the fifth listing attempt for the property within a three-year period. The couple, who have been married since 2019, initially sought $32 million for the sprawling Pacific Palisades residence in July 2023. After failing to secure a buyer at that price, they reduced the asking price to $29.99 million in October 2023. The home was briefly removed from the market shortly after this price adjustment, only to reappear with the original $32 million asking price a few weeks later. This second attempt at the higher price point also proved unsuccessful, leading to the property being taken down again. In June 2024, the mansion reappeared with a revised price of $24.5 million. It was delisted again in October 2024, with a source indicating to Realtor.com® that the decision to hold off on selling was influenced by Schwarzenegger's pregnancy with their third child, Ford, who was born in November 2024. The source had stated that the couple intended to move after the birth and relist the home in January or early February. However, the property did not return to the market until August 2025, this time with an asking price of $19.99 million. This listing coincided with reports that Pratt and Schwarzenegger were renting a property in Montecito from fellow celebrities Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom. The six-bedroom mansion was subsequently removed from the market for the fourth time in March of the current year. It has now returned with the identical asking price of $19.99 million and is being handled by the same real estate agent, Shana Tavangarian of Carolwood Estates. The property, located in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, is a custom-built residence. Chris Pratt, 47, is known for his roles in the "Jurassic World" franchise and "Guardians of the Galaxy." Katherine Schwarzenegger, 36, is an author and the daughter of actor and former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. The couple's decision to repeatedly list and delist the property suggests ongoing challenges in finding a buyer at their desired price point, potentially influenced by market conditions, the property's specific features, or the couple's personal circumstances, including the recent birth of their child.
