Choice Privileges serves as the loyalty program for Choice Hotels, encompassing a wide array of brands such as Cambria Hotels, Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, and Econo Lodge. Following the full integration of Radisson Rewards Americas in 2023, the program now also includes brands like Radisson, Radisson Blu, and Park Plaza across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. In late 2025, the program introduced several beneficial updates, including reduced requirements for existing elite status tiers, the establishment of a new top-tier elite status level, and the addition of milestone rewards designed to further incentivize member engagement. However, not all changes were favorable, as the program implemented a significant devaluation of award redemption options in major Japanese cities in mid-2026. Despite these adjustments, the Choice Privileges program continues to offer opportunities for members to achieve substantial value.

Members can attain Choice Privileges elite status and earn milestone rewards by accumulating qualifying nights or qualifying credits. Qualifying nights are typically defined as points-eligible nights, reward nights (which can be booked using points, cash, or a combination), and nights booked under employee or friends and family rate plans. Qualifying credits, on the other hand, are primarily derived from base points earned during stays and points accrued through qualifying spending on a linked U.S.-issued Choice Privileges credit card. The program employs distinct criteria for extended stay properties. Stays at WoodSpring Suites do not contribute to earning qualifying nights or qualifying credits. Conversely, qualifying stays at Everhome Suites, MainStay Suites, and Suburban Studios are subject to specific earning structures. For stays at these properties lasting six nights or less, members earn one qualifying night for each night completed and 10 qualifying credits per dollar spent. For stays of seven nights or more, members earn one qualifying night for every two nights completed, with a cap of 15 qualifying nights per stay. Additionally, qualifying credits are awarded at five per dollar spent on the first 30 nights of a stay, with no qualifying credits earned for nights beyond the 30th night.

Choice Privileges offers a tiered elite status system, with benefits escalating as members achieve higher tiers. These benefits can include room upgrades, late check-out options, and bonus points on stays. The program's redemption options allow members to use their accumulated points for free nights at any Choice Hotels property worldwide.
