Chase Sapphire Lounge Opens Dallas-Fort Worth Airport Location

Chase officially opened its newest Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) on July 16, marking a significant expansion in the premium travel market. This 18,000-square-foot lounge, located in Terminal D near Gate D25, is the largest within the Chase Sapphire Lounge network and is designed to cater to Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers.

The new DFW lounge emphasizes local Dallas-Fort Worth culture and amenities, including a focus on regional food and wellness experiences. A key highlight is the network's first dedicated whiskey lounge, offering a unique amenity for travelers. The space also includes a full-service bar, showers, reservable rest pods, and complimentary 15-to-20-minute mini facials from Face Haus, a popular offering at other Chase lounge locations.

According to Dana Pouwels, head of airport lounge benefits at Chase, the Dallas-Fort Worth region was selected due to its substantial Chase customer base, which includes nearly 3 million customers, approximately 300,000 small businesses, and around 17,000 employees. Pouwels stated that the region is a "very important market for JPMorgan Chase," underscoring the strategic significance of this lounge opening.

The design of the lounge incorporates local Texas-inspired materials, leather accents, and subtle references to Dallas sports, aiming to provide an immersive local experience for visitors. The split-level layout contributes to its expansive feel, positioning it as a flagship location within Chase's growing network of airport lounges.
