Burnley target Bellamy in managerial hunt

Burnley has identified Craig Bellamy as a primary target for their vacant managerial position. The former player is reportedly the club's top choice to lead the team following the departure of Vincent Kompany. Bellamy previously had a playing spell at Turf Moor, making 42 appearances and scoring 7 goals between 2000 and 2002. He has since transitioned into coaching, serving as an assistant manager at Anderlecht and Burnley itself under Kompany. Most recently, Bellamy was part of the coaching staff at Premier League club Chelsea. Burnley is seeking to secure a new manager swiftly as they prepare for the upcoming season.
