BlackEyePatch and G-SHOCK have collaborated for a third time, introducing a new iteration of the DW-5600 watch model, designated as the DW-5600BEP-9. This latest release features a striking gold-tone finish applied to both the resin bezel and band, contrasted by a black watch face. The design draws inspiration from the Tokyo-based label BlackEyePatch's roots in hip-hop culture, reinterpreting the classic square silhouette of the G-SHOCK with a more vibrant aesthetic. The BlackEyePatch branding is prominently displayed on the watch face and is also engraved into the metal case back, signifying the partnership. Special packaging designed to complement the collaboration further enhances the product's collectible appeal.

The DW-5600BEP-9 maintains the foundational design principles of the original DW-5000, the model that first established G-SHOCK's iconic square case shape. Despite its lustrous metallic appearance, the watch is constructed from durable resin materials. Notably, the bezel and band incorporate bio-based resin, reflecting a growing trend towards more sustainable materials in watchmaking.
