Bilt Partners with Equinox to Integrate Premium Fitness and Wellness into Residential Rewards

Bilt, a company focused on revolutionizing residential living through its rewards platform, has announced a significant new partnership with Equinox, the high-end fitness and wellness brand. This collaboration aims to deeply integrate premium fitness and wellness amenities into Bilt's existing Neighborhood Concierge service, thereby enhancing the value proposition for its members. The partnership allows Bilt members to not only book fitness classes and access Equinox's renowned facilities but also to redeem their accumulated Bilt Rewards, specifically Bilt Cash, for exclusive club credits. These credits can be applied towards a range of Equinox services, including sought-after spa treatments, specialized Studio Pilates sessions, and personalized training packages.

The integration is designed to be seamless, with Equinox's offerings now directly accessible through Bilt's Neighborhood Concierge platform. This means Bilt app users can effortlessly browse Equinox's extensive class schedules, explore the amenities available at various Equinox clubs, and schedule appointments directly within the Bilt application, eliminating the need to navigate multiple platforms. Ankur Jain, the founder and CEO of Bilt, highlighted the strategic importance of this alliance, stating that "The home is the center of how people live and some of the best neighborhoods have always had an Equinox at the heart of them." To incentivize adoption and celebrate the launch, Bilt is extending a special welcome offer to members who sign up for Equinox through the Bilt platform. These new members can choose between a complimentary personal training session, a 50-minute spa service at an Equinox club, or a bonus of 10,000 Bilt Points. In addition to these direct benefits, Bilt has introduced a daily club check-in feature within the app. Participating in this feature enters members into a monthly drawing, offering a chance to win a covered month of rent and their Equinox membership dues paid for one month.

Previously, the service focused on core residential needs and financial management, notably through partnerships with Venmo and UWM (United Wholesale Mortgage) to facilitate rent and mortgage payments and reward programs. Bilt's Neighborhood Concierge is designed to be a comprehensive tool for residents, covering both home management tasks—such as paying rent or mortgages, submitting maintenance requests, and booking building amenities at participating Bilt properties—and facilitating everyday lifestyle activities. The inclusion of Equinox services broadens this scope considerably, positioning Bilt as a provider of an integrated, amenity-rich living experience.
