Banu Sivaci’s ‘Hear the Yellow’ Sweeps Taormina Film Festival Awards, ‘Animol,’ ‘Piccolo Miracolo’ Take Home Prizes

Banu Sıvacı's film "Hear the Yellow" won multiple top awards at the Taormina Film Festival this week. The film was honored as Best Film and Best Script at the festival held in Sicily. Süleyman Kadim Kabaali and Selva Erdener, the lead actors in "Hear the Yellow," received the awards for Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively. "Hear the Yellow" had previously premiered at the Berlin Film Festival in February. Other films recognized at the festival include "Animol" and "Piccolo Miracolo," which also took home prizes.
