Australia's public service broadcaster, SBS, has acquired the Icelandic-Portuguese crime thriller series 'Cold Haven' for its streaming platform, SBS On Demand. The acquisition was confirmed through a deal with distributor About Premium Content (APC). The series is scheduled to launch on SBS On Demand on July 15.

'Cold Haven' centers on Maria, a Portuguese woman who has relocated to Iceland. The drama series explores themes within its crime thriller genre, following Maria's experiences in her new environment.
