Andy Burnham Creates New PM and Cabinet Office

Louise Haigh, described as an ally and enforcer of Prime Minister Burnham, has been appointed to lead the new Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. This department will be responsible for overseeing operations at No. 10 Downing Street in London. Additionally, it will manage the forthcoming No. 10 North facility located in Manchester, indicating a decentralization of prime ministerial functions.
